Woppps, forget to share, one week before starting Ramadhan, I went up to Bandung and enjoy sightseeing few bicycle shops overthere...1st shop was selling Giant MTB and 2nd shop was selling Speailized. Almost3x, I'm nearly buying the Specialized Stumpjumper M5 Hard Tail Frame and it cost me about Rp 7.1 millions.
Fuhhhhh, quit expensive and its over Rm 2.4 K, BBS price less than RM 2K.
Anyway,1 day I and my fren will buy another frame after have enough $$$$$$$$$
coz everything is $$$$$$$$$.
It's too early to change the frame....coz we've many choice of brand and features.
Most important things, improve knowledge, skills, stamina and having less food....
The BIGGEST CHALLENGE to all Sportsmen in this World I believe is
Choosing the right food.
We all Malaysian have variety of foods that's why quite number of peoples DIE due to Heart Attack and most of Malaysian BMI was out and that's why YOU GUYS shall JOIN US....
The Hardest thing to do in our LIFE is to CHANGE OUR LIFESTYLE.
